Dean has vast experience in contract management, before joining Salisbury he managed CNI Forest Management Limited since its inception in 1998. Developing a new business from its virtual beginning demanded sound business principals and personal values that ensured all hurdles were overcome and processes implemented to create efficiency. Dean’s lateral thinking and dynamic approach to problem solving ensures all clients, customers and stakeholders remain satisfied and their objectives are achieved.
Dean has vast experience in contract management before Combined Road and Traffic Services (formerly Salisbury) he managed CNI Forest Management Ltd; a business he helped establish employing approximately 300 staff.
Greg has 22 years’ experience in the civil construction and building industry, with 12 of those years successfully fulfilling management roles. He has developed strong skills in the management of maintenance contracts, including all aspects of budgeting, programming, business planning, accountability, and monthly/annual financial forecasting.
Steve has recently joined the CRTS team, his skill set with being a Contract Manager is to lead the Traffic Services team to success through superior performance and results to ensure we are on time, to spec and within budget every time. Steve’s lateral thinking and dynamic approach to problem solving ensures all clients, customers and stakeholders remain satisfied and their objectives are achieved. Liaison between staff, clients and the general public is a significant part of this role.
Jon is a valued member of the CRTS team. With his good management skills and ability to lead the team, the vegetation division has improved in all round performance to a very high level. Jon is renowned for his ability to meet contractual obligations on time, to spec and within budget.
