Craig Russell, Operations Manager

Craig has recently been promoted to this role after three years with CRTS as Vegetation Contracts Manager. Craig has previously worked in the Power construction industry for Transfield Services, North Power, UGL/Transpower and Karara Mining in Western Australia. Craig provides leadership and direction for all activities within the business and is responsible for the operational efficiency and growth.

Debbie Raymond, Finance and Admin Manager

Debbie started at Combined Road and Traffic services in January 2021 as our Finance and Admin Manager. Debbie ensures an accurate, smooth and efficient support structure surrounds the business in all activities. She has extensive experience in finance and admin management, previously working in similar roles for Higgins overseeing administration, receptionists, contract administrators for the Taupo and Rotorua branches, as well as the finances of Bay of Plenty NOC. Her experience also includes the role of a financial analyst/lead for Castlecorp (now Infracore) in the years prior.

Cheryl Te Kani-McQueen, Roadmarking Contract Manager

Cheryl’s principal role is to manage assigned contracts within budget, so all performance criteria are met, assign staff, plant, and equipment according to company policy, complete traffic management training and review traffic management plans, site Quality Control – compliance assessment and inspections. Cheryl’s dynamic approach to problem solving ensures all clients, customers and stakeholders remain satisfied and their objectives are achieved.

 

Johnny Ngawhare, Vegetation Contract Manager

Johnny has recently been promoted to this role after working as Vegetation /Arborist Supervisor for the last two years. He manages our Vegetation contracts including the hazardous tree registers for Downers in the Central Waikato and Higgins in the Eastern Bay of plenty.

Steve Wilks, Traffic Services Contract Manager

Steve has five years with the CRTS team; his skill set as Contract Manager is to lead the Traffic Services team to success through superior performance and results to ensure we are on time, to spec and within budget every time. Steve’s lateral thinking and dynamic approach to problem solving ensures all customers and stakeholders remain satisfied with their objectives achieved. Liaison with staff, clients and the public are a significant part of this role.

Rosie Clark, Operations Support/Quality Manager

Rosie has been with Combined Road and Traffic Services as our Operations Support/Quality Manager since January 2016.  She works closely with our Management team to ensure that we meet and exceed all client and stakeholder expectations. Rosie’s employment background includes both Local Council and Opus (now WSP), where she gained both Consent Planner and roading project/maintenance experience.

Matt Marino, Civil Contract Manager

Matt manages the Civil contracts for CRTS. This requires overseeing our crews, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment. He is our expert on installing guardrails and wire rope barriers.  Matt has had 10 years experience as a fabricator and head supervisor for Patchell industries then as the head engineer for truck steering services. Matt is responsible for ensuring resource planning and utilisation for the Civil division of CRTS.
